Right now, our back-office uses Dynamics NAV, and we have an option to "mail quote" - which saves it as a PDF and attaches it to an email in one step so they don't have to "print" it, select a PDF printer, etc, etc. (And less clutter+files that need to be deleted after emailing!)
The only option I see is "Print Quote for Customer" and it's asking to select or make a template.
Obviously we will need to set up a template for what our printed quotes should look like (is there any way to just import it from NAV? That would be great), but does CRM have some functionality built in to create a PDF for you and attach it, without needing
to go through that middle step?
If not, can it be done using a custom button?
