How to create a report or view that will show two different service activities

I need a report or view that will show, for every account that has had install (service activity), has that account also had training (also a service activity).  Is there a way to do this out of the box?

So if an account has a service activity with the service being install and does not have a service activity with the service being training 1 or training 2 display the account.
