MSCRM 2011 : Picklist numerical values

Hi,

I had a requirement like I need to save the numerical value of a picklist value in the database.

Please let me know how will I proceed this requirement.

Ex: Picklist 1 :

Vlaues : 1,2,3,4 

I need to save instead of 1= One, 2 = Two , 3= Three  in database.
