How can I force CRM to open the default form?

Hello,

I would like to have CRM open up a default form every time a user opens up a contact.

Situation:

My CRM contains two primary Security Roles: (Support and HR). Each role can access two forms on the Contact entity:

  • Support (Contact Support Summary and Contact Support Detail)
  • HR (Contact HR Summary and Contact HR Detail)

I can set the Form Order by security role, and when viewing a Contact, the user can switch between their relative forms and information they have access to.

Each group would like to have the Contact Summary form open when they first open a contact.

But my problem is that if a user has the Detail form open when he closes the form, the next time he opens another contact, the Detail form opens: Not the Summary form.

I know there is a UserEntityUI setting, but how and when can it be cleared so that every time a user opens a contact, the Contact Summary form for their Security Role appears?
