Hopefully some one can help as I am very new to JScript.
We currently have a Dynamics 2011 Online Setup. Due to the nature of our business, accounts have mulitple owners and the combinations run into the thousands, so creating teams to control access was not fiesable. Currently I have some Jscript that date stamps a field in the account record and saves the record everytime it is opened. This allows us to us the internal auditing to track which users have accessed which record. However this is not really meeting our needs.
I have created a custom entity called audits, with the required fields. I have also created a workflow, that creates a new record in this entity which fills in the relevant fields.
However I have been trying to find a line of Script that I can put into the 'On Load' form properties, so when a user opens a record, the workflow runs and creates an audit trail. I have looked through various forums and all the scripting I have seen is umpteen lines long. Surely there is a way to like in in VBA to have a single line docmd.openquery "Workflow"
But I could be complete wrong.... Please help
