Email Attachment Associated View

I want to have a associated view of email attachment on Account/Contact entity which displays all the e-mail attachments associated with the record. For e.g. if there are 3 emails associated with one account record and 2 emails have attachments. Then 2 email attachments not emails should be shown in associated view.

Is it possible through customization or do we have to do development using Silverlight?
