Sales pipeline report problem

Hello,

I'm having some issues with the sales pipeline report in CRM 4 (which is pretty much the same report in CRM 2011 if I understand things correctly).

The issue is that it shows the same opportunity multiple times when the sales process workflow has been executed more than one time. It doesn't help removing the old workflow either which I thought at first. Is there any way around this?
