Import Data to Organization in CRM Online/OnPremise Programatically using C#

Hello Experts, I would like to import data(.csv) to any organization programatically. So for that i followed the DataImport Solution given in SDK. But here the SourceAttributeName and TargetAttributeName are passed Manually because it has a small csv file. but it is not possible in real case if we have hundreds of attributes. So how should i do it. Please Suggest.
